The initial cleanliness of the room could have been improved upon arrival, but the issue was quickly resolved after a complaint was made.

We loved the design of this boutique B&B. The lobby and our room had the same code, so we didn't need physical keys. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we could even have it in our room at no additional charge. The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to major attractions. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering useful tourist information. the breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options. Additionally, the shared kitchen was well-equipped and came in handy. the hotel also had a charming old-fashioned lift, which added to the unique experience.

There were a few downsides to the hotel. the room was quite noisy, especially with traffic outside and noise from the reception area.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was ideal. It was situated in a really good area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafés. Additionally, the hotel was close to a City Tour Bus station, making it convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful. They were always ready to answer any questions with a smile on their face. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I had a nice bathroom with all the necessary facilities, and my room even had a balcony with a window that could be opened to let in fresh air. To top it all off, breakfast was included, which was a great way to start the day.
